We gladly accept returns on most items. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within three days of receipt of your item to be eligible for a return. Orders can be returned in two ways:
Store credit for the full amount of the cost of your items, less the cost of shipping if your items shipped for free.
Refunds for the full amount of the cost of your items, less the cost of shipping if your items shipped for free, and minus a 6% restocking fee.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Orders where a mistake has been made by us are subject to a full refund.
You must email us before returning any item or your return will not be accepted.
Clearance items may not be returned. Perfumes cannot be returned for sanitary reasons. Candles that have been lit cannot be returned, but unused candles may. Incense and fragrance oils are non-returnable.
We do not accept order cancellations. If you change your mind on a purchase you will receive store credit only in the form of a gift card.
We don't like spam emails or phone calls either so we definitely don't share your information... nor would we even know how to.

Exclusions: Clearance items, Candles, Bath Salts, Art Prints, Baskets & Pottery ship free over $100 but orders over $50 ship at a discounted rate.
All packages are insured through Shipsurance in the event that it is lost, stolen or damaged in transit. Shipsurance can take up to two weeks to file a claim.
In the event of a damaged item claims can be filed almost immediately after photographs of the damage are submitted. We need photos of: the damaged item, the outside of the box and the inside of the box including the packaging to file a claim. You must email us with the photos the same day your package arrives to file a claim. Claims filed after will not be accepted.
Lost or stolen packages take longer because a search is often done for the package first before writing it off as being lost.
