We gladly accept returns on most items. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within three days of receipt of your item for a refund. You must ship your item back within 7 days after emailing us or you will only be eligible for a store credit. All return costs are the responsibility of the purchaser. Items that shipped for free will be refunded minus what it cost us to ship your item.
Items can still be returned within 30 days as long as they are in unworn, original condition for a store credit. It is at our discretion to deny a return for store credit after the original return period.
You must email us before returning any item or your return will not be accepted.
Clearance items and items included in our end of year sale may not be returned. Perfumes cannot be returned for sanitary reasons. Candles that have been lit cannot be returned, but unused candles may. Incense and fragrance oils are non-returnable.
We don't like spam emails or phone calls either so we definitely don't share your information... nor would we even know how to.

We've partnered with Route Shipping Protection to give you more control over your shipment. Packages that aren't insured through Route are not covered in the event of theft, damage or loss.
If you purchased insurance through Route Shipping Protection you can file a claim right through them. Should anything happen to your package you're covered, including being scanned as delivered but you can't find it. Per their own instructions even if the package is not damaged you must claim that it is for the claim to process successfully.
Please Note: They do not cover minor damage such as small chips or scratches that may occur during shipment. We do our best to wrap these items thoroughly but some of them are very fragile and minor damage may occur during shipment that might not be covered.
After the amount of losses we saw through USPS this holiday season we cannot stress enough the importance of protecting your package.
