This white buffalo turquoise pendant is made by Navajo artist Mary Ann Spencer. It is sterling silver and measures 2 7/8" from the top of the bail by 1 1/2" wide. White Buffalo comes from the Dry Creek mine located on the Shoshone Reservation in Nevada. It is called White Buffalo because it is a rare stone (like a white buffalo is rare) because it forms like turquoise but without the presence of heavy metals which give other turquoise their green or blue colors. So this stone is truly unique and beautiful!
