These white buffalo turquoise earrings are made by Navajo artist Lee Sandoval but they are unsigned. They are sterling silver and measure 15/16 from the top of the stud by 3/4" wide. The stud is at the top of the earring.
White Buffalo comes from the Dry Creek mine located on the Shoshone Reservation in Nevada. It is called White Buffalo because it is a rare stone (like a white buffalo is rare) because it forms like turquoise but without the presence of heavy metals which give other turquoise their green or blue colors. So this stone is truly unique and beautiful!
